In South Chandler there is a prestigious community by the name of Fulton Ranch that is stunningly laid out with lakes, parks, mountain views and even bridges! If you've wanted to know where the prominent live in Chandler, Arizona, this is the place! Most of the homes were built between the years 2006-2009 and all built by Fulton Homes.
Right now there are only 13 Available Homes for Sale in Fulton Ranch, priced between $190,000 - $598,921.. Although 8 are pending sales and 26 have closed in the past 6 months. There's a couple of communities inside Fulton Ranch. There's Serenity Shores which is a condiminum community that was also built between 2006-2009. In this communty there are 56 condos with 42 of them being single story and 14 being a two story. The average size of Serenity Shores is 1630 square feet. In the other part of Fulton Ranch there are four different subdivisions Mediterranean which has homes between 1973 -3769 square feet. The Caribbean which has homes between 2431-4065 square feet. And Monterey Bay which has homes between 3118-5151 square feet. And last but definitely not least is The Island which is for custom home sites, when the community first opened they had 64 home sites.
