Condos $32,000 - $60,000 for a total of 9 sold
Single Family Dwellings $67,000 - $225,000 for a total of 24 sold
In May of 2010 we sold 23 homes in Dobson Ranch
The prices between $31,000 - $183,400
Condos $31,000 - 103,900 for a totlal of 8 sold
Single Family Dwellings $77,765.- $183,400. for a total of 15 Sold
The number of homes Sold from year to year hasn't changed all that much, but the prices sure have. Condos started out at $31,000 in May of 2010 and they started out at $55,000 in May of 2012, that's a 44% increase in starting prices for Condominiums, Townhouses and Patio Homes in Dobson Ranch! Single Family Dwellings have increased by 27% starting price points!
